Philemon runs the only half-way home in Kenya, accommodating up to ten residents on a six month program and has assisted over seventy released prisoners to experience reconciliation with their families and communities.
Philemon also engages in extensive compassionate prison visits, counselling, vocational training and evangelism amongst prisoners.
