Philemon exists for the benefit of prisoners and former prisoners in Kenya and neighbouring East Africa. It is a charity established by the Christian pioneer and social entrepreneur Kelvin Mwikya.
Services are provided on the basis of need and without discrimination to prisoners and former prisoners of every nationality, colour, tribe, language, religion and belief.
